Established in 1982, the Rocky Mountain Governmental Purchasing Association (RMGPA), became an Official Chapter of NIGP, The Institute for Public Procurement in 1987. We are a diverse, non-profit organization whose membership includes public procurement professionals throughout Colorado, Wyoming, and Montana.
