RMGPA will host a traditional Vendor Trade Show in conjunction with the 2022 Winter Conference hosted at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort, Colorado Springs, Colorado.

*Booths will be in the main ballroom and are to be set up no later than 7:00 am on Wednesday and may remain set up until 12:30 pm on Thursday.

Small Business Exhibitor (businesses with less than 100 employees) - $500.00
Corporate Business Exhibitor (businesses with over 100 employees) - $1,000.00
Small Business Exhibitor with Ad (businesses with less than 100 employees) - $650.00 ($350.00 cost savings)
Corporate Business Exhibitor with Ad (businesses with over 100 employees) - $1,300.00 ($200.00 cost savings)
Any Ad without participation as an exhibitor $500.00
All Ads due no later than November 8th so book your ad now.
All vendors with a booth will be listed in the Conference Program Directory with company name, address, telephone, fax, web site address and primary contact name
